Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it. All orders are subject to availability.
We do not take responsibility for over or under ordering of wallpaper, fabric or any other products.
You are responsible for checking and confirming that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements and specifications including without limitation measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery.
All goods are despatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. If goods arrive damaged they must be signed for as such and contact made to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours
We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
We recommend that when ordering wallpapers or fabrics that advice is sought from a trained professional or fitter.
We reserve the right to refuse supply of products or services to any individual or company.
Any additional orders as a result of under ordering will be treated as a separate order and cannot be added on to previous orders.
For most UK orders we use Royal Mail or alternative reputed courier service. For international orders for fabric and wallpaper samples we use Royal Mail and for other products we use DHL or an alternative reputed courier service.

All goods remain the property of S Mistry Designs Ltd until payment of the full Invoice is received.
Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. Cushions and lampshades are made locally by hand there may be a fractional variation in size. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT.
Return & Refund Policy
Products should be returned in perfect, unopened condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund postage. We do not offer refunds on cut fabric or opened wallpaper rolls and which is why we recommend you order a sample.
All samples are non-refundable.
Many of our fabrics have natural and manufacturing characteristics such as slubs, knots, pile shading and pile direction (nap on velvet). When selecting a fabric you must be aware of its suitability for purpose and of its characteristics.
Fabrics and dyes can be affected by light, therefore we recommend that products where possible are positioned away from direct sunlight and heat to protect them from fading and premature wear.
Regular cleaning in accordance with the care instructions will also prevent dirt prematurely ageing or damaging your fabric.
Fabrics will only be sold in full metres.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website.
However, due to variations in monitor display, we do not guarantee our website display of colours will be accurate.
We recommend ordering a sample of the colour you’re interested in to eliminate doubt.
Please check your fabric for faults before cutting, if in the unlikely event you find a fault please inform us straight away and we can replace the fabric. If the fabric has been cut and made up and a fault is then found we cannot issue a refund.
Cut fabrics and samples are non-refundable.
We recommend ordering a sample of the wallpaper you are interested in to eliminate doubt before placing your final order.
Any papers that are hung in the wrong direction or repeat are the responsibility of the buyer. All surfaces must be properly prepared, if in doubt consult a competent / qualified decorator. We accept no responsibility for papers that are not hung properly.
Precise colour matching cannot be guaranteed between different batches. If re ordering to match an existing product you must include the batch number.
The information given in our specifications or technical / hanging advice, whether verbal or written is for guidance and is given in good faith but without warranty, as site conditions and levels of skill in application are beyond our control. We can accept no liability for the performance of the products arising out of such use, beyond the value of the goods supplied by us.
Please seek advice from a reliable decorator or fitter regarding the quantities needed, we do not take any responsibility if you run short or you have left overs.
Wallpaper rolls are printed to order and are non- refundable once the order is placed.
Wallpaper samples are non-refundable.
